Hints

On December 31, 2016, according to the overview of the Lower Saxony State Office for Water Management, Coastal Protection and Nature Conservation, 74 natural monuments were listed in the Vechta district. There are 73 entries on the environmental map of the Lower Saxony Ministry for the Environment, Energy and Climate Protection , with one natural monument extending into two communities.

The great stone graves of the Visbeker Bride and Visbeker Groom are not to be found in Visbek, but in the Oldenburg district.
