The list of Olympic champions in canoeing provides an overview of all medal winners in canoeing competitions at the Olympic Games . Due to the extensive amount of data, it is divided into five sublists.

Canoeing has been an Olympic sport since the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. The first women's competitions were introduced in 1948 . The program of Olympic canoe competitions has been expanded over time and since 1992 has consisted of twelve canoe racing and four canoe slalom disciplines.

  • All medal winners since 1936 are listed under “ Medal Winners ”, broken down by discipline.
  • All medal winners since 1948 are listed under “ Medal winners ”, also broken down by discipline.
  • The list “ The most successful participants ” shows all athletes who have won at least two gold medals.
  • The list of “national rankings ” contains the medal table, broken down according to the total number of medals won and according to gender.
