List of Olympic champions in luge

The list of Olympic champions in luge lists all the winners as well as the second and third places of the competitions in luge at the Olympic Winter Games , broken down by men and women as well as the individual competitions, since 1964. In the further part, all luge runners who have been Olympic champions at least once are listed. The individual nation ratings conclude.

Competitions

A total of 48 gold medals were awarded at the Winter Games. Thomas Köhler and Paul Hildgartner are the only athletes who were able to win gold in both single and double.
