Yevgeny Vladimirovich Belousov ( Russian Евгений Владимирович Белоусов ; born May 26, 1962 in Moscow ) is a former luge rider who competed for the Soviet Union.

Belousov competed in a two-seater with Alexander Belyakov . They celebrated their first international success in 1984 when they won the silver medal at the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo . Two years later they became European champions in Hammarstrand , and in 1988 they took third place at the European Championships in Königssee . Belousov and Belyakov also won bronze at the 1989 World Championships in Winterberg in the team competition.

In the course of their careers, they won two World Cup races and finished the 1987/88 season as overall winners. Belousov and Beljakow are the most successful tobogganers in doubles in the Soviet Union.
