André Florschütz

André Florschütz (born August 6, 1976 in Sonneberg ) is a German luge rider .

He and Torsten Wustlich won the silver medal in two-seater luge at the Olympic Winter Games in Turin on February 15, 2006 . Four years later, they finished 5th at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver .

André Florschütz is the older brother of bobsleigh pilot Thomas Florschütz and chief sergeant in the German Armed Forces with the Oberhof sports promotion group.
