List of Prime Ministers of Cambodia . The Prime Minister of Cambodia is the head of government of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He chairs its cabinet and represents the government externally. The prime minister is elected for five years and must be a member of parliament. Cambodia has had 36 prime ministers since 1945.
