1970 Hasan Esat Işık (* 1916 in Istanbul ; † July 2, 1989 ibid) attended the Galatasaray High School , studied law at the University of Ankara , was a representative at the United Nations Office in Geneva from 1952 , 1962–1964: Ambassador in Brussels , 1966–1968: Ambassador to Moscow , 1968 - February 13, 1973: Ambassador to Paris . Was elected to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in 1965. In the Suat Hayri Ürgüplü government he was Foreign Minister until 1973, then Deputy Chairman of the Cumhuriyet Halk Partisiin Istanbul. He was elected to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in the 1977 elections.
