List of Turkish ambassadors in Japan
The ambassador heads the Turkish embassy in Tokyo and is also regularly accredited by the governments in Melekeok ( Palau ) and Palikir ( Federated States of Micronesia ).
In 1924 the Japanese and Turkish governments established diplomatic relations. The office and residence were created in 1977 based on a design by Kenzō Tange for 35 employees in Harajuku .
