The ground floor is grooved and is separated from the 1st floor by a surrounding cornice . The windows on the first floor show windows with profiled frames and straight cornice crowns resting on consoles (triangular gable crowns on the risalit). The monumental crypt was built by the Graz sculptor August Rantz for the car manufacturer Gustav Koller (1842–1910) in antique forms. The centrally placed sarcophagus on a pedestal is surrounded by a semicircular stone enclosure and can be reached via two side stairs. The relief of the sarcophagus shows depictions around the theme of ancient chariot races - a homage to the profession of the buried. The relief on the long side shows the time immediately before a chariot race, the side reliefs show men forging a wheel or shoeing a horse's hoof. Two lanterns rest on pedestals, each showing an angel with a lowered torch and a lowered trumpet - both symbols of death and transience. The grave monument has since been sold.
