Commercial and residential building in the local style with a crooked roof from 1905/06. On behalf of the Vice Mayor of the City of Vienna Josef Strobach (1852-1905), the building to be used as the storage cellar of the Vienna City Hall Cellar ( Luegerkeller ) was planned by Leopold Fuchs (1868-1920) and the Vöslauer city ​​architect Anton Kainrath (1841-1925) and under the Construction management by Josef Pürzl (1852–1930) completed. In this cellar equipped for wine production, 1.5 million liters could be stored. Later the building was the seat of the Gumpoldskirchner Winzergenossenschaft. Today the property is privately owned.

The original lime kiln here dates from 1806 and became the property of Alois Miesbach in 1857 . Heinrich Drasche , his nephew, built this furnace in 1869 as a two-shaft furnace. In 1875 a larger shaft was added. The furnace was loaded with limestone through a wooden feeder bridge in the top floor . (It was torn away by a storm in 1943.) The furnace was shut down in 1934.

The Wiener Neustädter Canal was put into operation in 1803 and extended up to 63 km. Originally it was planned as far as Trieste . Parts of the route were later converted to railway lines, so that the movement of goods fell sharply from 1879 onwards.
Today the canal runs through the industrial area of ​​Gumpoldskirchen.

The first Viennese spring water pipeline is part of the Viennese water supply and was the first supply of Vienna with safe drinking water. After four years of construction, the 95-kilometer line was opened on October 24, 1873.
The water pipeline leads along the high spring water pipeline.
