The Renaissance round bay window also dates from the 16th century. The front of the square is adorned with a polychrome sundial, which is marked with the year 1503.

This factory was founded by her father in Bohemia in 1872. During the First World War , the factory was expanded. In 1930 the company had to close due to the global economic crisis. As a result, Caritas began feeding the poor in the building, but it was still owned by the Jewish manufacturers. In November 1939 the area was Aryanized by the Klein brothers. After the Second World War , the Braumüller furniture company set up a manufacturing facility. After 1976 Leiner acquired the area and built a furniture store. In the course of the expansion of the regional clinic Thermenregion Mödling , the Leiner grounds were purchased. Since everything was to be demolished in the course of this, parts of the building with the staircase were placed under monument protection on June 17, 2011.
