Hermann Bauch (painter)
Hermann Bauch (born May 12, 1929 in Kronberg , Lower Austria ; † April 11, 2006 there ) was an Austrian painter and glass artist.
Life
After the graphic teaching and research institute in Vienna, Hermann Bauch attended the painting school Leesdorf near Baden , Lower Austria, from which he graduated in 1952 with the master's examination. After a scholarship abroad in 1952 at the Zurich Art School, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna from 1955 to 1959 .
In 1957, Bauch founded his own mosaic and glass art workshop in Vienna and in 1961 his studio Himmelkeller in his birthplace Kronberg.
