KG location
: Leibnitz
As a result of several alterations and a renovation in 1903, the parish church today has an inconsistent building stock. The core of the three-bay nave is probably still Romanesque. The tall, slightly inclined choir was built around the middle of the 14th century. The tower north of the choir originally dates from the 15th century. In the 18th century, its lower floors were sheathed and a fifth floor was added. The west facade with the portal was redesigned in 1903. The high altar dates from 1782, the Rococo pulpit from around 1770.
