In the center of the village, surrounded by a cemetery wall. Mentioned in a document in 1131. From a new building planned in the 15th century to replace the Romanesque church, the high late Gothic choir and the mighty south tower were built. The nave, on the other hand, of modest dimensions in the walls, is Romanesque; Choir with three-tiered buttresses and two-lane tracery windows; late Gothic sacristy on the north side. Tower on the south side of the choir “1525” and “1537”, divided into three floors, decor from the first half of the 16th century, ogival sound windows, diamond roof; in the basement of the tower the ossuary, the arched entrance of which is framed by a raised, profiled base cornice; on the west side of the tower, keel arch portal with reinforced profiles, exterior restoration 1982 (ashlar). Mentioned in a document in 1164, choir 1597. Small secluded building; Romanesque nave, polygonal Gothic choir with buttresses. Arched west portal; doubled plank door with forged fittings, probably 18th century. Fragments of a sundial fresco on the south wall of the nave. On the east side of the choir, between the buttresses, a crucifix with assistance figures painted on boards. In the non-walled, inner reveals of the north-east and south-east choir window Gothic tracery forms with three and four-passports from the 16th century. Ornamental vault paintings in the choir at the end of the 16th / beginning of the 17th century. The alumnate building adjoins the parish church to the south and today serves as the parish office. The building was built around 1780 under Bishop Joseph Franz Anton von Auersperg, probably by Johann Georg Hagenauer , and completed under Bishop Franz II. Xaver von Salm-Reifferscheidt-Krautheim . The two-storey, fifteen-axis baroque building with pilasters has a column portal with an arched field in the central axis. In the staircase and in some rooms, stucco work from the construction period has been preserved. |

The church is a stately late-Gothic building (the core of the north tower is even older), which was rebuilt in the Baroque style around 1640: side aisles were converted into chapels. The rich furnishings stand out artistically: the high altar by Erhard Veit, the rococo pulpit by Johann Georg Hittinger , the baroque organ by Johann Cyriak Werner , and a chandelier donated by the imperial family. Heraldic gravestones and epitaphs are also noteworthy. |

The Gasthof Koller was probably built in several construction phases in the Middle Ages in connection with the construction and reinforcement of the city fortifications. A defense tower of the medieval city wall from the 13th century is integrated into the southwest corner of the current building. The three-storey corner house with a basket arch portal is crowned by a high hipped roof from the 18th century. The twin window dates from the 16th century, the facade structure from the 18th century. The five-bay ground floor labn has a barrel vault with very deep cut caps and plastered ridges from the 15th / 16th centuries. Century.
