List of Polish newspapers

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The List of Polish Newspapers is a (inevitably incomplete) list of newspapers published in the Republic of Poland. In Poland, the distinction between traditional wide-page format and tabloid is no longer a sensible differentiation criterion, since in the early 1990s a large part of the press was switched to the smaller format, which was perceived as more reader-friendly, regardless of the content represented.

The statistical values given are based on the monthly reports of the Polskie Badania Czytelnictwa association . The figures refer to the polling percentages of Polish adults who stated that they read this newspaper at least once in the week leading up to the representative poll in April 2004 .
