This list Portuguese-Uruguayan city and community partnerships lead of Municipal friendships between countries Portugal and Uruguay on.

In 1993, the two capitals Lisbon and Montevideo established the first Portuguese-Uruguayan partnership, followed by two more (as of 2013).
