This list of Croatian-Portuguese town and municipality partnerships shows the town and municipality friendships between the countries of Croatia and Portugal .

The two capitals Zagreb and Lisbon entered into a first town partnership in 1977, when Croatia was still part of Yugoslavia . After Croatia left Yugoslavia in 1991 and the country joined the EU in 2013, two more were added as part of European initiatives.
