This list of Estonian-Portuguese town and municipality partnerships shows the town and municipality friendships between the countries of Estonia and Portugal (status when the database was accessed on May 16, 2020).

As part of European integration , the Estonian Haapsalu and the Portuguese Fundão entered into their first town twinning in the same year after Estonia joined the EU in 2004, and two more were added in 2004 as part of European initiatives.
