This list of Guinea-Bissau-Portuguese city and community partnerships shows the city ​​and community friendships between the countries of Guinea-Bissau and Portugal .

Despite the comparatively small state territory of Guinea-Bissau and its persistently difficult domestic political situation, 22 community partnerships with Portuguese communities already exist or are being initiated (status 2015). They are a sign of the close Guinea-Bissau-Portuguese relations since the partnership realignment of Portuguese foreign policy after the far-reaching Carnation Revolution in Portugal in 1974 and the subsequent end of the bloody Portuguese colonial war in Guinea-Bissau. The country had been a Portuguese colony since the 15th century .
