This list of Indo-Portuguese city and community partnerships shows the city ​​and community friendships between the countries of India and Portugal .

The first Indo-Portuguese town twinning was established in 1989, and two more have been added so far (as of 2010). The point of reference in all cases is the Portuguese past of the places. They were important localities in Portuguese India , the Indian part of the Portuguese colonial empire that existed from 1505 to 1961 .
