Loimanns is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Litschau in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

history

Loimanns was part of the Litschau rule for many centuries.

Settlement development

In 1590/91 Loimanns had 15 subordinate houses; in 1751 there were 18 subordinate houses.

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 95 building areas with 32,143 m² and 48 gardens on 8,753 m² in the cadastral community of Loimanns, in 1989/1990 there were 120 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 341 and in 2009/2010 there were 148 buildings on 327 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 327 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 203 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 3.01 hectares and 2.15 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 2.95 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 2.17 hectares. The average soil climate number of Loimanns is 19.1 (as of 2010).
