Louis Soldan

Louis Soldan (born March 19, 1920 in Vienna ; † April 25, 1971 ibid) was an Austrian actor and radio play speaker .

Life

Louis Soldan was the son of the shoe manufacturer Alois Soldan. After visiting the elementary and middle school , he was trained at the Drama Seminar Dr. Beer . From 1950 to 1951 Soldan was engaged at the United Theaters in Graz . From 1951 appearances at the Volkstheater in Vienna followed. From 1954 to 1958 he was a member of the theater in der Josefstadt .

Louis Soldan worked in various film , television and radio play productions .

In 1947 he played with Paul Hörbiger , Hans Moser , Maria Andergast and Waltraud Haas in the film Der Hofrat Geiger based on a comedy (stage play) by Martin Costa . In 1958 he played Armand in the comedy So a Millionaire Has It Hard With Peter Alexander and Heinz Erhardt , directed by Géza von Cziffra .

As spokesman Louis Soldan was in 1962 in the role of Otto von Bogner in the radio version of the novella game at dawn by Arthur Schnitzler in a production of the Hessian Radio and the Swiss radio to hear. In addition to Soldan, Erik Schumann , Oskar Werner , Susi Nicoletti and Leopold Biberti also spoke .
