The list of the team cadres of the Chinese Chess Team Championship 2008 contains all players who were used at least once in the Chinese Team Chess Championship 2008 with their individual results.
The number of registered players was not limited. While the Beijing Patriots managed with six players, Wuxi Tiancheng Real Estate used twelve players. A total of 83 players were used, 14 of whom played in all competitions. The players with the highest points were Tan Zhongyi (Chongqing Mobile), Zhao Xue (Beijing Patriots) and Ni Hua (Shanghai Jianqiao University) with 12.5 points each from 18 games, while Ju Wenjun (Shanghai Jianqiao University) scored 12 points from 17 games. Nobody achieved 100% this season, the best percentages (83.3% each) came from Alexander Motyljow (Chongqing Mobile) with 7.5 points from 9 games and Ernesto Inarkiew (Wuxi Tiancheng Real Estate) with 5 points from 6 games.
