The list of the team cadres of the Swiss 1st Bundesliga in chess 2012/13 includes all players who were registered for the Swiss Chess League 2012/13 as well as their individual results.
The 8 clubs could register a maximum of 20 players. The SC Lyss-Seeland was the only club that did not fully use its registration contingent and only registered 19 players. Not all of the registered players were used. The SC Lyss-Seeland and Schwarz-Weiss Bern managed with 11 players, while the SV Wollishofen and the SG Riehen used the most players, namely 17. A total of 111 players were used, of which 12 played all competitions.
The most successful player of the season was Nedeljko Kelecevic (SC Lyss-Seeland) with 5.5 points from 7 games, half a point less was achieved by his team-mate Lorenz Maximilian Drabke . With Wladimir Malachow , Alexei Drejew (both Réti Zurich), Dennis Kaczmarczyk , Emanuel Schiendorfer, André Hirzel (all ASK Winterthur), Oliver Kurmann , Martin Albisetti (both SV Wollishofen) and Rainer Buhmann (Schwarz-Weiss Bern), 8 players achieved 100% , but they only played a few games. Malachow was used three times, Drejew and Kaczmarczyk twice each, the other players each contested one competition.
The oldest player of the season was Bela Toth (* 1943), who played for SG Riehen, while the youngest players were Nico Georgiadis , Noël Studer (both ASK Winterthur) and Lars Rindlisbacher (SC Kirchberg).
