Marcus T. Paulk
Marcus Terrell Paulk (born October 12, 1986 in Los Angeles , United States ) is an American actor and dancer . He plays the teenager Myles Mitchell on the sitcom Moesha .
Career
At the age of three, Paulk's parents discovered that their son loved the hip-hop dance. So they made the toddler dance on the sidewalk of Venice Beach , a well-known place for artists and dancers, and where it was discovered. At a young age he danced for the royal family of Saudi Arabia and at a concert with MC Hammer . He also worked early on in the stage productions of comedian Jamie Foxx .
As a child actor in the early 1990s, Paul cast guest roles in sitcoms such as Grace and The Prince of Bel-Air . However, his breakthrough came at the age of 10 when he landed a permanent role on the sitcom Moesha. He starred for five seasons alongside R&B singer and actress Brandy . His work in Moesha earned him several nominations for various film awards. This broadcast enabled him to participate in feature films. He played a supporting role in the cinema production Nix zu haben with Martin Lawrence . That same year followed a bigger role in One Night Stand alongside Robert Downey Jr. , Kyle MacLachlan and Wesley Snipes, and a year later a role in the comedy Safety Patrol! - Definitely into chaos . Since the last season of Moesha in 2001, Paulk has been a guest actor in various TV series, such as The Prouds , Dear Uncle Bill or Alone Among Neighbors . From 2004 he was seen in films like Dance! Every dream begins with the first step , Extreme Movie or Another Cinderella Story .
