The Catholic parish church of the Birth of Mary in Bubesheim , a municipality in the Swabian district of Günzburg ( Bavaria ), was rebuilt in Baroque style using Gothic parts . The church at Leipheimer Str. 4 is a protected monument .

architecture

The church is structured inside and outside by pilasters . The flat-roofed hall building has a short, vaulted choir with a three-sided end, which is provided with buttresses . A high tower with a gable roof is set on the south corner . The fresco in the nave was created by Joseph Albrecht in 1923.

Furnishing

The altars and the pulpit were created around 1900 in the neo-Romanesque style. They come from Georg Saumweber's workshop. The figures were created by Max Fahrnberger and the paintings by Georg Lacher .

organ

The blue and gold organ of the Bubesheim church is located on top of the two-storey gallery. It was built by the organ builder Julius Schwarzbauer from Mindelheim in 1908. A renovation and partial renewal of the instrument took place in 1988 by the organ building company Offner from Kissing .
