Matas Cimbolas (born April 15, 1993 in Alytus ) is a professional Lithuanian poker player .

Personal

Cimbolas studied economics at Vilnius University but dropped out to live as a professional poker player in London .

Poker career

Cimbolas plays online under the nicknames bebaimis777 ( PokerStars and partypoker ) , SeRG3nT (PokerStars.FR) , serg3nt ( 888poker ) , pandinho (Americas Cardroom) and SeRGaenT777 ( Full Tilt Poker ) . In 2016 he was temporarily among the top 20 of the PocketFives ranking, which lists the most successful online poker tournament players worldwide. Since 2013, Cimbolas has also been taking part in renowned live tournaments .

Mid-November 2014 won Cimbolas the Main Event of the World Poker Tour (WPT) in Nottingham and secured a prize money of 200,000 British pounds . At the beginning of February 2015 he reached the final table at the main event of the European Poker Tour (EPT) in Deauville and finished eighth, endowed with just under 60,000 euros . At the Sky Poker UK Poker Championships , Cimbolas finished fourth in the Main Event in Nottingham in February 2015 and then won the High Roller event for £ 115,000 in prize money.
