Matthias Ponnier

Matthias Ponnier (born March 26, 1940 in Berlin ) is a German actor and radio play speaker .

Life

After taking acting lessons with Hilde Körber , he made his stage debut at the Munster Municipal Theaters in 1966 . Until 1971 he received engagements at the Staatstheater Wiesbaden , Landestheater Hannover and at the stages of the city of Cologne , after which Ponnier worked as a freelance actor.

In 1966 he played Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Munster Municipal Theaters , for which he received the sponsorship award from the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. At the Staatstheater Wiesbaden he appeared in Stoppards Rosenkranz and Güldenstern and Pinters Die Heimkehr . In Cologne he played in Bonds Gerettet and Feiffer's Kleine Morde .

Ponnier took on numerous television roles, worked as a radio play speaker , at poetry readings , discussed audio books and was involved as a speaker in television programs, including ttt - titel, thesen, temperamente . As a radio play speaker, he tops the list of German-speaking speakers with the most radio plays (1046 "missions").
