The Merklínka (German Merklinka , at the upper course Mühlbach or Wiesenbach ) is a right tributary of the Radbuza in the Czech Republic .
course
The Merklínka rises southeast of Němčice in Chudenická vrchovina ( Chudenitzer Bergland ). Its source is located at the northwestern foot of the Suchá hora (638 m nm). On its upper course, which initially leads north, the stream flows through Němčice, Stará Huť and Úboč , where it takes a north-easterly direction. About Všepadly , Langův Mlyn, Únějovice , Chocomyšl , Kaničky , Kaničský Mlyn, Zichov, Výšensko, Strýčkovice, Chumecký Mlyn and PRETIN the Merklínka reached at Křenice the Merklínská pahorkatina ( Watch liner hills ). Your further course leads at the foot of the Ptenínská hora (492 m nm) past Hora, Újezdec and Ptenín to the northwest. At Hráz the stream changes its direction to the north and is dammed east of Buková in the Kačerna pond. The Merklínka leaves the pond in a northeasterly direction and flows into the Merklínský rybník via Kloušov. The stream then flows again in a north-westerly direction through the town of Merklín and the towns of Bijadla, Zemětice and Čelákovy. The lower course of the Merklínka leads north through the Líšinská pahorkatina ( Lischiner hill country ) into the Plzeňská kotlina ( Pilsen basin ); along the stream lie Líšina , Lelovský Mlýn, Lelov and Nový Mlýn. After 39.2 kilometers the Merklínka joins the Radbuza northeast of the Hammerschmidthaus in Stod .
The Merklínka forms the largest part of its course through a wide meadow valley. It is dammed in numerous ponds, the largest are the Merklínský rybník and the Kačerna. Only in its lower course has the brook created a deeper valley, which is also rocky in some places.
