Líšina (German Lischin ) is a municipality with 149 inhabitants in the Czech Republic . It is located five kilometers south of Stod on the Merklínka and belongs to the Okres Plzeň-jih . The cadastral area is 798 hectares.
geography
Líšina is located 358 m above sea level. M. in the Merklínka Valley in the Pilsen Hills. The 516 m high Trný rises to the west and the Křížový vrch to the northeast . State road 182 between Stod and Merklín runs through the village .
Neighboring towns are Lelov and Lelovský Mlýn in the north, Maškrov in the east, Chalupy in the southeast, Čelákovy in the south, Holýšov in the west and Střelice in the northwest.
history
The first written mention of Líšina comes from 1180. Since 1227 the village has belonged to the possessions of the Chotěšov monastery .
