Merry & Happy is the re-release of Twicetagram , the first studio album by the South Korean girl group Twice . The album was released as a digital version on December 11, 2017. The CDs hit stores on December 12th. Merry & Happy includes the new single Heart Shaker and the song Merry & Happy in addition to the 13 titles from Twicetagram .
Merry & Happy and Heart Shaker both entered the Gaon charts at number 1. The Christmas-inspired song Merry & Happy made it to number 24 on the charts. A music video for Merry & Happy was released on December 22nd.

The first indications of a new release could already be found in the music video for the single Likey, which was released together with Twicetagram . The name “Heart Shaker” was featured in the video in various places, for example as graffiti or as a hashtag in an Instagram message.
The first official announcement came on November 28, 2017, when the album was announced on JYP Entertainment's Instagram account. On December 1st, the track listing and release date for the download version, December 11th, was announced. A first teaser video for the new single Heart Shaker was released on December 4th. Twice unveiled the album to the public on December 11th at a live event, which was also broadcast online via Naver V Live.

Chart successes
Merry & Happy entered the Gaon Album Charts at number 1 in South Korea, making it the group's fifth album in a row to reach the top position. Although only published in December, Merry & Happy was able to reach number 19 in the annual charts with 165,347 units sold.
