background
On October 10th, JYP Entertainment announced the first details of the release of Twice's third mini-album. So the name of the album, the single and the release date, October 24th, were named. In the days that followed, teaser photos, short videos and the album's track list were released. On October 20th, the group celebrated their one year anniversary online via Naver V Live. The name of the seventh title was mentioned, One in a Million. Twice stated that the song was dedicated to the fans. The group also uses the phrase “One in a Million” when introducing itself (“One in a Million. Hello, we are Twice.”).
On October 24th, the album and single were presented to the public at a live event in Seoul .
The single TT , like the two singles Like Ooh-Ahh and Cheer Up , was written by the producer duo Black Eyed Pilseung together with Sam Lewis. With this publication, for the first time, none of the Twice members were involved in the lyrics or the compositions. The production of the album took over again, as with the two previous albums, Park Jin-young.
