The Federación Deportiva de México de Hockey sobre Hielo AC (Mexican Ice Hockey Association) is the national ice hockey association of Mexico .

The association looks after both the Mexican national ice hockey team and the junior national teams in their respective age groups. In addition, the association, which has been a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation IIHF since 1985, organizes the semi-professional league Mexicana Elite , founded in 2010 .

The headquarters of the Mexican Ice Hockey Federation is in Naucalpan de Juárez .

The current association president is the incumbent national coach Joaquín de la Garma .
