Stefanie Noelle Scott (born December 6, 1996 in Chicago , Illinois ) is an American actress and singer .

life and career

Stefanie Scott was born in Chicago in December 1996 as the youngest of three children and has two older brothers. In her childhood she lived in Melbourne , Florida , where she attended the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy. After moving to Los Angeles and turning to acting, she started taking home lessons in 2010 .

She had her first film role as Katie in Beethoven's big breakthrough film alongside Moises Arias , Jonathan Silverman , Joey Fatone , Oscar Núñez , Rhea Perlman and Stephen Tobolowsky . The film premiered on January 10, 2009 on the US Disney Channel . In 2010 she starred in the film Flipped , directed by award-winning director Rob Reiner . In her next film, Friendship Plus , she starred alongside Ashton Kutcher as the young Natalie Portman . For this role, she was in the Young Artist Awards 2012 as Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture nomination. She also guest stars on the short-lived Fox series Sons of Tucson and the NBC series Chuck as the young Sarah Walker . In addition to her acting career, she is also a singer and songwriter. In 2011 she was in the romantic comedy In Love and Freaked out as Dana Tressler . This was followed by the leading role of Lexi Reed in the Disney Channel Original Series A.NT: Achtung Natur-Talente , in which she was seen from 2011 until the series ended in 2014. For this role she won the 2012 Young Artist Awards for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Series . In January 2012 she starred alongside Bella Thorne and Zendaya in the television film Beste FReinde . Similarly, Scott has appeared in the in November 2012 3D - animated film reichts Ralph acquired one of the speaking roles.
