Michael Schreiner (actor)

Michael Schreiner (born January 20, 1950 in Munich ; † September 8, 2019 ) was a German actor .

life and career

Schreiner began training at the Munich Drama School at the age of 16. From 1989 to 1994 he played the assistant to Chief Inspector Lena Odenthal , Seidel , in the Ludwigshafen crime scene . In the television series Dahoam is Dahoam broadcast on Bayerischer Rundfunk , Schreiner, who was part of the regular cast, played servant Xaver from 2007 to 2015.

Schreiner also became known as an angry boss in a commercial for the social campaign Don't copy yourself - learn to read and write! of the Federal Association for Literacy and Basic Education .

Schreiner was involved in the board of trustees of the German Childhood Cancer Care Foundation for the chronically ill child in Tannheim near Villingen-Schwenningen. The foundation supports chronically ill children and their families.

Michael Schreiner died on September 8, 2019 at the age of 69 and was buried in Munich's North Cemetery.
