Doleželová made her debut in the Continental Cup on August 6, 2006 in Klingenthal and finished in 40th place. In winter she started several times in the Continental Cup, but never made it into the second round. At the Junior World Championships in 2007 in Tarvisio , Italy , she was 20th. In the summer of 2007 , she got her first COC points in Lake Placid with places 22 and 21. A few days later she succeeded again in Park City . Doleželová came in 24th twice. However, there were always fewer than 30 jumpers at these four competitions. In winter it did not start regularly and remained without a point. At the Junior World Championships in 2008 in Zakopane , Poland , Doleželová finished 27th. In the summer of 2008 she was the 26th to get Continental Cup points again. In winter she competed in the Continental Cup more often and made it into the second run three times: in Baiersbronn as 18th, in Ljubno as 23rd and in Zakopane sensationally as fifth. In addition, Doleželová was at the Junior World Championships in the Slovenian Štrbské Pleso 16th and at the World Championships in Liberec 27. In the 2009/10 season Doleželová started regularly for the first time and almost always made it into the second round. Her best result was a 13th place in Rovaniemi . At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2010 in Hinterzarten , Doleželová finished 25th. In the end she was 24th in the overall COC ranking. Their performances in the 2010/11 season were similar . She almost always made it into the top 30. At the Junior World Championships 2011 in Otepää , Doleželová just missed the second round in 31st place. At the World Championships in Oslo , she finished 28th. In the overall ranking, Doleželová was 33rd in the end. On February 4, 2012, she started the World Cup for the first time in Hinzenbach, Austria, and immediately secured her first two World Cup points as 29th.
At the 2013 World Championships in Predazzo , Italy , she reached 28th place in the individual, while she was tenth and last with the Czech mixed team. On March 2nd, 2013 she reached her only podium finish in Oberwiesenthal in second place in the Continental Cup. At the 2013 Winter Universiade in Trentino , Italy , whose ski jumping competitions were held in Predazzo, she and her compatriot Čestmír Kožíšek took fourth place in the mixed competition. In the individual competition she won the silver medal. She achieved her best result in the World Cup a week later on December 21, 2013 in Hinterzarten in eleventh place. At the Winter Universiade 2015 in Štrbské Pleso she was fourth in the individual and fifth with the mixed team, while she and her compatriot Vladěna Pustková won the bronze medal in the team competition for students. At the subsequent World Championships in 2015 in Falun , Sweden , she was again last with the mixed team, which this time meant eleventh place, while she finished 29th in the individual. At the 2017 Winter Universiade in Almaty , Kazakhstan , she came ninth in the individual competition. Afterwards she no longer appeared actively.
