Moioli took part in the European Cup from 2010 to 2012. She won three races and finished the 2011/12 season in second place in the snowboard cross ranking. At the Snowboard Junior World Championships 2012 in the Sierra Nevada , she won bronze. She repeated this a year later at the 2013 Junior Snowboarding World Championships in Erzurum . She drove her first World Cup race at the beginning of the 2012/13 season in Telluride , which she finished in 14th place. Several top ten placements followed in the season. At the season highlight, the 2013 Snowboard World Championships in Stoneham , she finished fifth. In February 2013 she won her first only World Cup victory in Sochi . A month later she achieved her next podium finish in the World Cup with second place in Arosa . She finished the season in third place in the overall snowboard cross ranking. In her first Olympic participation in Sochi in 2014, she took sixth place. She finished fifth at the 2015 Winter X Games in Aspen . In March 2015 she won her second World Cup in Veysonnaz and finished the 2014/15 season in third place in the Snowboard Cross World Cup. She won bronze at the 2015 Snowboard World Championships on Kreischberg . In the 2015/16 season she finished in the top six in all eight World Cup competitions. She took second place twice and third place twice. In March 2016 she won her third World Cup victory in Veysonnaz and won the Snowboard Cross World Cup at the end of the season. In the following season she won two World Cups and also finished once in second and once in third place. She also won the team competition in Veysonnaz and took second place in Montafon and third in Solitude, each together with Raffaella Brutto . She achieved second place in the Snowboard World Cup. She won the bronze medal in singles at the season highlight of the 2017 Snowboard World Championships in Sierra Nevada . In the team competition she was grossed fourth with Raffaella. After finishing 18th and fourth at the start of the 2017/18 season in Cerro Catedral , she won the Snowboard Cross World Cup with three thirds, one second and five first places. At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , she won the gold medal in snowboard cross.
In the 2018/19 season Moioli reached third place with two and one second place, third place in the Snowboard Cross World Cup. At the Snowboard World Championships 2019 in Park City , she won the bronze medal in the individual and the silver medal in the team competition. In the following season she won the snowboard cross world cup for the third time with three first and second places.
Moioli was Italian snowboard cross champion in 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019.
