The Wisconsin State Highway 80 forms the western border of the Town of Mifflin in the north. These streets intersect in the non-town of Mineral Point. In addition, the county highways A, E, G, J and X lead through the area of the town. All other roads are subordinate country roads and partly unpaved roads.
