Ernst Anders Mikael Boman (born July 14, 1988 in Kungsbacka ) is a Swedish football player . The striker , who has played for Halmstads BK and IFK Göteborg in Allsvenskan since 2013 , won the Swedish national cup in 2015 .

Career

Boman started playing soccer at Kungsbacka BI . About IFK Fjärås , where he made his first steps in the adult field, he joined the second division team Falkenbergs FF in 2008 . In the Superettan , he wavered between bench and starting line-up in the first few years, but was used in most of the games. In the 2011 season he established himself for long periods in the regular formation and scored eight goals this season. After his contract expired at the end of the season, he moved within the league to Halmstads BK, where he signed a three-year contract.

At his new club, Boman was an immediate regular player, coach Jens Gustafsson used him in all 30 games of the season in the starting XI. With 13 goals this season, he placed in the top group of the Superettan's goalscorer list. As third in the table he reached third place in the table with the team around Ryan Miller , Guðjón Baldvinsson and Christian Järdler . In the subsequent relegation against GIF Sundsvall he was one of the goalscorers in the second leg in the 3: 4 defeat, which meant promotion after the 3-0 first leg success. In the Swedish elite series he was then also a regular goalscorer, with nine goals this season he led the team to the relegation place. Again in the duel with GIF Sundsvall, HBK prevailed again, after a 1-1 draw in the first leg, he played a decisive role in staying up with two goals in the 2-1 return leg success. With ten goals this season in the 2014 season, he placed himself among the top scorers in the championship, the club managed to stay in league as tenth in the table.

Shortly before the end of the season it was announced that Boman would turn his back on his previous club Halmstads BK - at the end of October 2014, league rival IFK Göteborg announced his and Tom Pettersson's commitment. Under coach Jörgen Lennartsson he fluctuated in his first season with the two-time European Cup winners between starting line-up and bench, in 27 season appearances in the championship he was ultimately substituted ten times and 15 times. Nevertheless, the year was successful for him, with the club he defeated league rivals Örebro SK in the final of the national cup 2014/15 after a 0-1 deficit in the meantime with a 2-1 win after goals by the Danes Lasse Vibe and Søren Rieks . The following season was overshadowed by injuries , including a break of several weeks in the summer in the game in the second qualifying round of the 2016/17 UEFA Europa League against Polish runners-up Piast Gliwice , so that he only played half of the 30 season games with 15 league appearances.
