Ministry of Bienerth

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Bienerth Ministry was formed on November 15, 1908 by Prime Minister Richard von Bienerth-Schmerling in Cisleithanien , an unofficial term for the northern and western parts of Austria-Hungary , which is used mainly in civil servants and lawyers . It replaced the Beck Ministry and remained in office until June 28, 1911. In the first phase it was a government of civil servants , most of the ministers had been appointed as senior section heads of their respective ministries. When the second Bienerth cabinet, formed on a parliamentary basis, was formed in February 1909, some ministers were replaced. The next government was the Gautsch III ministry .

The foreign minister, the war minister and the joint finance minister did not belong to this cabinet. See kuk joint ministries .
