Mirko Roggenbock

Mirko Roggenbock (* 1975 in Itzehoe ) is a German actor .

Life

Mirko Roggenbock comes from Schleswig-Holstein . In his hometown of Itzehoe he attended the Kaiser-Karl-Schule , which he left with the Abitur in 1996. Immediately afterwards, he initially trained as a carpenter for three years . He completed his acting studies from 2000/01 to 2004 at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna .

After graduating, he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Landestheater Niederösterreich in St. Pölten from 2005 to 2008 , where he played numerous roles in the classical and modern theater repertoire. There belonged u. a. Soljony ( Three Sisters ), Ferdinand ( Cabal and Love ), Valère ( Tartuffe ), Dr. Lamm ( Der Bockerer ), Graf Wetter von Strahl ( Das Käthchen von Heilbronn ), Acaste ( Der misanthrope ) and Trofimov ( Der Kirschgarten ) to his leading roles.

He had other theater engagements at the Stadttheater Wiener Neustadt (2009), the United Theaters in Bozen (2009), the Theater St. Gallen (2010), the Schlosstheater Schönbrunn and the Wiener Kosmos Theater . In the 2013/14 season he was a guest at Theater Aachen . He was also involved in several independent theater productions and theater projects, including a. in Theater Garage X and at “Freiraum St.Pölten”.

He has also made guest appearances at several Austrian summer theaters and summer festivals, such as the Perchtoldsdorf Summer Festival (2005), the Berndorf Summer Festival (2011) and the “Theatersommer Klagenfurt” (2013). From 2016 to 2019 he appeared regularly at the Komödienspiele Porcia , where he a. a. starred under the direction of Angelica Ladurner and Florian Eisner .

In the 2019/20 season he will appear as Dale Harding in Eine flew over the cuckoo's nest at the Theater an der Effingerstrasse in Bern .

In addition to his theater work, Roggenbock also appeared in front of the camera in several German and Austrian film and television productions, where he worked with Manuel Siebenmann , Wolfgang Murnberger , Roland Suso Richter and Florian Baxmeyer . In the Austrian TV series SOKO Wien | SOKO Donau (2019), Roggenbock had an episode role as the suspect head of a youth center at Vienna's Nordbahnhof .

Roggenbock is a member of the Association of Austrian Film Actors (VÖFS). His hobbies include running , furniture making , reading ( detective novels , theater fiction ), cinema , theater and cooking . His favorite dish, Labskaus, comes from his north German homeland. Roggenbock lives in Vienna.
