NGC 5871

NGC 5871 is a single star in the constellation Virgo ( right ascension : 15: 10: 04.8; declination : +00: 29: 51). During an observation in 1882 by Wilhelm Tempel, it was mistaken for a galaxy and thus got an entry in the catalog.
