Nashwauk is a small town (with the status " City ") in Itasca County in the US -amerikanischen State Minnesota . In 2010 Nashwauk had 983 residents.

In Nashwauk is the main church of the Catholic parish of Nashwauk-Keewatin-Pengilly, St. Cecilia's, which is looked after by Reverand Ronald Gagne and Deacon Richard Johnston.

US Highway 169 runs along the southern edge of Nashwauk . The Minnesota State Route 65 leads as the main road through the center of Nashwauk. All other roads are subordinate and partly unpaved roads as well as inner-city connecting roads.

A BNSF Railway runs parallel to US 169 .

With the Grand Rapids - Itasca County Airport is 36.8 km southwest of a regional airport. The largest employers are Dairy Queen and Fred's Grocery (grocery store). Other employers are Spartan Transportation, which is responsible for transporting high school students to the local Nashwauk-Keewatin High School with around 400 students, the city council and the American Bank.

Currently under construction, the Indian steelmaker Essar Steel in Nashwauk a new taconite -Eisenerzmine.
