Nassau Village-Ratliff is a census-designated place (CDP) in Nassau County in the US state of Florida with 5337 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Nassau Village-Ratliff is about 40 km west of Fernandina Beach and about 15 km northwest of Jacksonville . The CDP is crossed by US Highways 1 and 23 ( SR 15 ) on a shared route .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 5337 inhabitants were distributed among 2186 households. The population density was 139.0 inh / km². 95.8% of the population identified themselves as whites, 1.1% as African American , 0.5% as Indians and 0.6% as Asian Americans . 0.4% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.6% to several ethnic groups. 2.3% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010, children under the age of 18 lived in 36.0% of all households and persons aged 65 or over lived in 26.0% of all households. 77.4% of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring). The average household size was 2.75 people and the average family size was 3.08 people.

26.2% of the population were younger than 20 years, 23.1% were 20 to 39 years old, 32.5% were 40 to 59 years old, and 18.2% were at least 60 years old. The mean age was 40 years. 50.8% of the population were male and 49.2% were female.
