The Florida State Road 15 (short- FL 15 ) is a state highway in the US state of Florida , which runs from south to north direction. It begins on State Roads 80 and 880 in Belle Glade and ends north of Hilliard on the Georgia border .
Route
The State Road begins in Belle Glade in Palm Beach County and runs along with US Highway 441 on the east bank of Lake Okeechobee north to Okeechobee and then on to St. Cloud . Here it branches off the highway and leads via Orlando , from where it runs along with US Highways 17 and 92 via Sanford and Lake Monroe , intersects Interstate 4 and continues to DeLand . From here the State Road runs together with the US 17 via Palatka to Jacksonville . Finally, it continues along with US Highways 1 and 23 to the Georgia border , about 9 km north of Hilliard in Nassau County .
