The Florida State Road 9B is a state highway in the US state of Florida , on a length of about 12 kilometers from Jacksonville to the south to St. Johns County leads and expanded highway-like. The road is operated by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
Route
In the summer of 2010, construction began on the first section from the I-295 ring road south to US Highway 1 ; the opening took place in September 2013. In spring 2013, the first extension to Interstate 95 was started and opened in June 2016. Construction on a third section to St. Johns Parkway began in September 2015. This will be Interstate 795 when completed .
