The Florida State Road 21 (short- FL 21 ) is a state highway in the US state of Florida , the north-south-running in. It begins on State Road 20 east of Hawthorne in Putnam County and ends on US Highway 17 ( FL 15 ) in Jacksonville , Duval County .
Route
State Road begins east of Hawthorne in Putnam County and heads north to Melrose , where State Road 26 is crossed. It then continues north-east via Middleburg to Jacksonville in Dudal County, where it flows into Roosevelt Boulevard and ends.
