Route
As an unmarked route, the State Road initially runs along the route of US Highway 27 from Hialeah to Lady Lake and from Belleview to High Springs . The section between Lady Lake and Belleview is designated as County Road 25 . From High Springs, the SR 25 leads (still without any signs) along US Highway 41 to the Georgia border at Jennings , where it ends. The route is around 690 km long.
