The Florida State Road 9 (short FL 9 ) is a state highway in the US state of Florida , the South-North direction is in.
State Road begins on US Highway 1 in central Miami and ends after 14 miles near Golden Glades at the Golden Glades Interchange , a junction between Interstate 95 , US Highway 441 and Florida's Turnpike .

State Road 9 initially runs north as NW 27th Avenue and meets State Road 972 on NW 22nd Street , US Highway 41 on NW 8th Street and State Road 968 on W Flagler Street . At the Dolphin Expressway, the road crosses State Road 836, which is now a toll freeway . After the junction with US Highway 27 , it meets another toll road with State Road 112 . From the junction of State Road 817 in Opa-locka , the road runs in a north-westerly direction and finally ends at the Golden Glades Interchange .
