National League A (chess) 2006

In the 2006 season of the Swiss National League A in chess , three teams still had title chances before the last round. The chess friends Reichenstein were one point ahead of the defending champions SG Zurich and SG Biel at the top. Since the competition between Reichenstein and Zurich ended 4: 4 and Biel lost, Reichenstein became the new Swiss champion. Lausanne Le Joueur and SC Bodan were promoted from National League B and had to relegate directly.
